At Delta Alpha Aviation we offer the best solution for future hobby pilots.
This course is for people who plan to fly as a hobby. The most cost-efficient way to get a Pilots License which is valid for flying small aircrafts in Europe. If you ever dreamed about flying and you don't have the desire to be an airline pilot, than the LAPL training is the best option for you. It's a much shorter training than a convencional PPL training and, you get the same amount of confidence in the aircraft to fly solo after you obtain your license.
Similarly to a normal PPL course the LAPL course has two parts, a theoretical and practical part. During the theoretical part you will learn about:
The theoretical training will be completed by online classroom trainings which will be followed by home exams. It takes about 1 months to complete and prepare for the LAPL theory exams. Once the online training is done and the home exams are done as well, you will need to complete the Authority exams as well, most likely during the first half of the practical training, but mandatory before your first solo, which will be in the second part of your flight training.
The practical training consists of 30 flight hours where you will learn all the basics and all the important steps to fly, navigate and communicate while flying a single engine aircraft in VFR conditions. There are 6 hours of solo hours during the training. Completing the flight training takes about 1 months. After you finish all the required flight hours and pass all the theory exams, there will be a 1.5 – 2 hours long authority exam flight where you will need to demonstrate your flying skills to an authority exeminer.
After the successful passing the examination flight, you will be granted with an EASA Light Aircraft Pilot License which is valid for recreational, hobby flying.
